Overview
Bring selected photos and media into public albums rather than scattering them across updates. Albums provide a record that members and visitors can revisit after an activity.
An album gives related media from an activity a shared place in the public gallery. The organization can select the photographs it wants to show and group another activity in its own collection. Members and visitors can browse those albums later when revisiting the organization’s events and other work.
What you can do
- Publish albums that group the organization’s media for public viewing.
- Maintain media collections so related photographs and other items stay together.
- Share activity photographs to show the organization’s work and gatherings.
Usage examples
- Publish selected photographs from an organization event in its album.
- Organize media from another activity in a separate public album for visitors to browse.
