Overview
Work with messages through a configured email account. The administrator mailbox brings inbox reading and composition into the organization’s available email setup.
The connected account supplies the inbox and the configured sending setup. Administrators can read an incoming message and compose the response from that mailbox, or prepare a new organization email. These actions use the available account configuration, bringing message reading and email preparation into the same administrator reference.

- Consult the connected email inbox from the administrator’s mailbox.
- Read received messages before preparing the relevant response.
- Compose and send email through the connected mailbox.
